About ADHD Check

ADHD Check turns the World Health Organization's validated Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1) into a fast, private, and friendly online self-screening. The ASRS is an 18-item questionnaire developed with the WHO and a workgroup of researchers; its 6-item Part A is a validated screener for adult ADHD. Our goal is to give adults a credible, no-pressure first signal — and a clear nudge toward professional help when it makes sense. ADHD isn't a defect to fix; it's a different way of thinking that, understood and supported, comes with genuine strengths.
